The Brunswick Gin Company is a Melbourne-based boutique distillery that specialises in distinctive, small-batch gins with Australian flavours. They strive to provide products with a genuine, artisan craft and are committed to capturing history by being inspired by the former Hoffman Brickworks in Brunswick, Melbourne. The house now launches its signature robust, extra-strength Brickyard Gin—idealised to be refreshing, unique and a taste of home.

The Brunswick Gin Company strives to balance its unique harmony of Australian botanicals, which results in a beverage loved among friends for any occasion. The challenge for this project was to focus on and ensure the new branding identity referenced key symbology from Hoffman Brickworks and Australian botanicals as a means of a continuing tradition and celebrating quality ingredients.

To celebrate Brunswick Gin Co, I developed artisanal and simple visuals to create an appealing ambience that brings audiences back to happy memories and captures a fresh experience. Colour palettes capture the ingredients: Juniper Berries, Lemon Myrtle and Wattleseed, and Pepperback, featuring Tasmanian Mountain Pepper, to highlight the attitude and sophistication of the beverage. This cohesive branding allows for future packaging and promotional item variations.
